Weigh-in, Week 2

After the horrible food days I had, the results weren’t as bad as I thought.

Just up one pound.

Thus begins the roller coaster that is my weight loss journey.

Goals for this W3 week are to go to the gym at least four out of seven days, and to get my required amount of water in (something I also didn’t do a good job of last week).

Food recommendation of the day: Lean Cuisine Cafe Classics Grilled Chicken Caesar Bowl. Nice light garlic flavor, and I didn’t need to add any extra seasoning (which it seems I often have to do with frozen meals).

    I love your little weight loss ticker graphics! Very cute!! It sounds like you have a great attitude about the whole process, and you are so smart to set weekly goals. That always helps me so much.
