Quick Hit

I’m about to turn off my work PC for the day and head to the gym, but I wanted to share a nice little food breakthrough I had today.

Instead of going down to the vending machine to get something sweet (i.e. chocolate) — which is what I planned to do after lunch — I had some yogurt at about 4 p.m., which is now holding off the hunger until I can do my half-hour workout and go home to make dinner.

Go me! :p

P.S. Going out Saturday night went well. I ended up only using three extra banked points that whole day (mainly because I was so full from dinner and only had one beer, as we didn’t stay at the bar very long).
